- Environmental crime investigation services or competent authorities responsible for fighting environmental crime in the framework of the Statement of Intent.
- Public prosecutors or their networks in European states

Criteria |
Members must fulfill the following criteria:
- Undertake objectives / functions detailed within the Statement of Intent
- Designate an National Contact Point for each country with direct access to practitioners in this area

Steering group (Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Germany) + Europol, which elects a President
