Updating of existing guidance as a consequence of the Amendments to Annexes II, VIII and IX on e-waste

The Open-ended Working Group at its thirteen meeting considered an assessment of the need to update existing guidance, technical guidelines and factsheets in order to reflect adjustments consequential to the adoption of the e-waste amendments (See decision BC-15/18). The same information is made available to the Conference of the Parties in UNEP/CHW.16/INF/19.

The Open-ended Working Group invited comments on the draft recommendations contained in annex II of UNEP/CHW.16/INF/19 from Parties and others by 31 March 2023.
