In its decision BC-15/17 on the Committee Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance, the Conference of the Parties requested the Secretariat to create a network of expertise among the members of the Environmental Network for Optimizing Regulatory Compliance on Illegal Traffic (ENFORCE) on the enforcement of the Convention, or instance by using the website to create a communication platform that could be used by stakeholders to contact the ENFORCE members and the Secretariat to share tips and best practices, ask questions and provide mutual support.
To address this request, the Secretariat issued a call for the expression of interest to server on a Roster of experts specialized in matters relevant to ENFORCE.
Expression of interest are welcomed by 1 February 2025.
