By decision BC-17/6, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention invited Parties and observers to submit to the Secretariat, by 30 September 2025, comments on the updated draft technical guidelines on the environmentally sound management of used and waste pneumatic tyres set out in document UNEP/CHW.17/INF/10/Rev.1.
