Registration of representatives of Parties to the Basel Convention

Parties are invited to designate one or more representative(s) to participate in the OEWG-15 meeting. Registrations for the meeting must be made using the BRS Secretariat online registration platform accessible at the following link: https://registration.brsmeas.org.

Before registering, representatives will need to activate their personal account using an active e-mail address (unless already done so for another meeting on this registration platform). After activating their account, representatives may register themselves and/or other participants from their Government.

At the time of registration, representatives will be asked to upload in the online registration platform an official nomination letter from their Government or a note verbale from the Permanent Mission of their country to the United Nations Office at Geneva. Registrations will only be processed by the Secretariat if they are accompanied by a nomination letter.

The deadline for registration in the online platform and for submitting the official nomination letter is 5 March 2026. The Secretariat highly encourages early registration.
