As presaged during the 2013 Conferences of the Parties, I will be retiring from UNEP effective the end of March, 2014. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for the support you have given to me and the secretariat these past three years.

The UNEP Executive Director has issued a vacancy announcement  to recruit a new Executive Secretary.
