The ESM Toolkit is a collection of practical tools developed under the Basel Convention to assist Parties and other stakeholders in promoting and implementing the environmentally sound management of hazardous wastes and other wastes.
The Toolkit includes guidance documents, practical manuals, factsheets and a checklist. It may be used by governments, competent authorities, waste generators, transporters, facility operators and other stakeholders.
